The undersigned event participant or parent/guardian of a minor child participant hereby assumes all risk associated with the event, and releases, waives, covenants not to sue, and discharges Ogden Community Foundation (O.C.F.), its employees, elected officials and event volunteers from any and all liability, claims or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me/my minor child, or loss of or destruction to property, arising out of or related to my/my minor child’s participation in the event which is the subject matter of this application.
